Exchange And Return Policy

Return & Refund Policy

Please inspect your package in the presence of the delivery person before accepting it. Once the delivery person leaves, we will not be able to accept any return or exchange requests.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product, contact our customer support immediately while the delivery person is still there.
  • If you accidentally order the wrong product, you may request an exchange if the following conditions are met:
    • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
    • Products that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal cannot be exchanged.
    • Refunds are not available. We only offer product exchanges.
  • The product must be returned to us for inspection first. Once we confirm that it meets our exchange conditions, we will send the replacement product.
  • For exchanges requested due to an incorrect order placed by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping and new delivery charges.
  • Please allow 3–10 working days for the replacement product to be delivered after the exchange is approved.
